“And he did kiss me good night. On the cheek,” she added quickly when she saw the fury in his eyes. She brushed a finger against the right side of her face. “Right here.”
“Right where, exactly?” He stepped closer so that she had to tip back her head to see his face. He was suddenly so solemn!
“Here.” She touched her fingers to the spot.
“I’m going to erase that kiss,” he stated.
“What?” she asked, looking up into his face and laughing nervously. Oh. He wasn’t kidding!
“I’m going to obliterate it.”
Her mouth went dry and she couldn’t have moved if a bomb went off right beside her. Passion uncoiled in her belly and spread down between her thighs as he dipped his head and his lips hovered above the spot on her cheek.
“Did you say . . . right here?”
“Yes.” She could barely make a sound, her heart thundered and her knees suddenly began shaking.
His lips touched her cheek with feather lightness. The tip of his tongue wet the spot and then he sucked gently before his mouth lifted. “All gone,” he whispered against her fevered skin. But he wasn’t finished. His lips found the spot again and then slipped sideways until they covered hers. She moaned and brought her hands up to clutch his forearms, using his strength to keep her upright as his kiss flamed from longing to voracious in the space of a breath.
So they need to find the killer together and they soon realize that not only their lives and other potencial victim's life is on the edge but also their heart.
5 -Amazing, hot and suspense- minibooks, wow, I know this sound like a cliche, but what else can I say? just wow.
This is a different book to read... its the first time I read this kind of book and reminds me a little bit to my favorite show Medium so i totally love with all my heart Through his eyes.
We have Trudy she's learning how to control her gift, a really special one, she can sees through the eyes of the killers, of course a gift she doesnt want, but c'mon who wants to see itself as a killer? certainly Im not, but she will use this strange gift -she cant shut off and pretending doesnt exist- to help bring justice.
So thanks to that decision she gets involve in a new case, a serial killer has murdered 5 women and the police needs her help and also Levi's help the sexy, confident, dominant, hot, alpha male, psychic oh and I forgot to mention he's a womanizer and a celebrety, but he helps to the police due to his gift he can sees and experience the last minutes of the victim's life.
So they need to find the killer together and they soon realize that not only their lives and other potencial victim's life is on the edge but also their heart.
I really LOVE this book, i highly recommended this book to everyone who loves suspense, action and steamy romance, and i have to be honest i loveee so much the sex scenes buuut i will love the book with or without then, the book is so amazing by itself, the plot, the characters everything is so vivid, so full of life. and warning this must be for +18 readers due to a graphic violence in the killer scene, this book is dark, amazing, and it will keep you guessing "who the killer is?" "what's going to happen next?" and when you thing "Ok this is it, its done", Mrs. Camp gives us a massive twist that will left you waiting book 2.
You're gonna love this book. its worthy book, a MUST read book and you gonna love it.
